Conveniently located near public transport, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of classic dishes. External noise and poor air conditioning led to a frustratingly uncomfortable stay.

fact that it is not centrally located means that it has a very good connection to all areas of Madrid, especially to the centre using the suburban lines, availability of the safe service, extraordinary prices of the restaurant, extensive timetable of the exquisite room service, friendliness of the reception staff and accessibility to HDMI connection of the TV screen.
Apart from the price (67 euros/night, I suppose due to the coincidence with the tourism fair), having to put up with disco noises until the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning (inconceivable in a 4*, despite being on the third floor and from there the traffic noise is not especially annoying), as well as more easily solvable things such as the absence of a second courtesy brush and squeegee in the bathroom (in a double room), excessive and constant pixelation of the TV channels due to poor antennas and fact that the toilet was a little low, shower screen was not longer and there was no repeat next to the shower and an alternative set of pillows.

What I liked best was the location, perfect for the convention I attended.
What I liked least was the treatment of some of the workers. At the reception they were quite unpleasant, both when they arrived and during their stay, it seems that they were annoyed when you asked them. The staff of the bar, on the night of February 2nd, we asked them the closing time, and even though there was an hour and a quarter left to close, they felt bad that we entered. We were going to ask for some combinations and they told us that no, that there was no staff, that there were two waiters, and there was no one else in the bar but us... We were a group of 15 people at least and we all had a drink, I think that with the expense we made we deserved to be treated politely. But it was the opposite, bad faces since we entered and bad manners, if you work face to face with the public you owe them a respect and know how to be at least. I welcome my clients with a smile, even if I've been working all day and I'm exhausted, and when I go out for a drink I expect at least the same.

Excellent location for us as we had to catch early morning train. Staff were polite, qulIty as we expected.
The reception was on the second floor and not the first floor. No complimentary water.

Comfort and Convenience in Madrid!
I enjoyed three restful nights in a well-appointed double room. The proximity to the train station facilitated easy travel around the city. Don't miss the on-site restaurant with a good menu-dining there provided a relaxing end to my busy days exploring Madrid. Pro tip, book a room on upper floors for quieter nights.

Truly enjoyed the guest room, it was brand-new the time we came in. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included a safe, a minibar and central heating. The staff was especially helpful, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out at 11 am.

This is an old hotel that has been renovated, there are certain parts of the hotel that are still old but you can see how they have renovated much of it to make it more modern. Our room was quite spacious (especially if you consider how rooms are in Madrid), reformed, with a very comfortable mattress and modern furniture. the shower and all the perfect bathroom accessories. Although it is relatively far from the center the connection with the lines 1 and 10 of the subway are great and in addition the exit of the subway gives just at the entrance of the hotel.
There is a little noise and so we were away from the elevator, I do not understand pq start cleaning the rooms before 8 am, it is difficult to rest if you go to relax. At breakfast it is buffet style and correct, to put some but many people gather and it is difficult to have a clean table and be quiet.

Loved our rooms with the key card. Central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television were good!

It was conveniently next to the station.
For an international hotel it was surprising that there were no English newspapers available. Also the televsion programmes for any other language than Spanish were very very poor.

The easy way to reach the hotel (metro, train). The staff was very kind and helpfull. We had a very good experience. The space in the room is very good. I recommend the hotel.
The morning I was leaving, the cleaning lady knocked my door at 7:30 am. If I were sleeping it would have been very disapointning, since the check out hour was at 12:00 pm.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, especially helpful staff at the reception desk. Comfortable beds and central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. Warm and large breakfasts with cheese, fruit, pastries. Good for short stay.
